At Concert, our mission is to deliver exceptional behavioral health services designed for primary care. We welcome driven clinicians and experienced professionals who care deeply about bringing better care to patients and are committed to making an impact on the way health is approached.
Flexible, remote work
Concert’s team members largely work from home to deliver care through telephone and video visits. Concert offers a range of part-time and full time jobs with flexible schedules that allow exceptional clinicians to fit work around their lives.
Exceptional care
We’re proud to provide industry leading outcomes and exceptional, impactful behavioral health care with Collaborative Care Management, an evidence-based model proven to significantly decrease symptoms of behavioral health conditions such as depression and anxiety within the primary care setting and improve overall health.
A career, not a gig
Concert provides jobs with competitive salaries, health, dental, vision benefits, 401K, life insurance, and opportunities to own stock in the company we are building together.
Team based approach
All Concert clinicians work directly with a small group of primary care providers and have weekly partnership with a Psychiatric Consultant. All our clinicians receive clinical supervision — even those with terminal licensure — to encourage a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.
Broad career paths
We prioritize you and your career. As the employer of choice for clinicians and specialists in a range of therapies, we support our team’s careers by offering varied opportunities for clinical practice, research, writing, teaching, and more.
Training and development
Learning is a lifelong practice. All Concert clinicians receive comprehensive clinical training during onboarding and throughout their time at Concert. We help hone skills in treatment modalities such as motivational interviewing, suicide safer care, behavioral activation, and problem solving therapy. Concert offers certificate, CEU, and CME programs for both our employees and partners.
Join our team
We are building an exceptional team rooted in our core values of rigor, service, and trust. Come be a part of the future of behavioral health.
Our reason for being at Concert is to make a significant, lasting difference in the health of our patients and the health system that works to care for them. We don’t take the efficacy of our work for granted, but relentlessly push to determine how to make a bigger difference. Data fuels our efforts to achieve more for patients. We’re disciplined about capturing data in our daily work, and deriving insight to improve our protocols and processes.
Service
We exist to improve the lives of the patients and providers we serve.
We believe that great service starts from within. We attract, retain and grow phenomenal team members, supporting them in their career arc.
Trust
We trust our team members and seek to engage trustworthy partners.
The Concert model can only be successful if it is built on relationships that foster and value trust. We trust our team members and partners’ abilities and commitment. The trust in our team members allows us to offer a flexible work environment knowing they will provide excellent care to patients and weave work into the fabric of their lives. We build and foster trust through frequent, concise and clear communication. We strive to openly share information with patients, providers and team members.
